When is check-in/check-out time?

Check-in is betwenn 4 PM to 6AM and check-out is at 11 AM, late check out for a half rate fee with taxes based on availability

Do you allow smoking on the property? In the rooms?

The hotel is entirely non-smoking

How much do you charge for high speed Internet access?

Complimentary high speed Internet is available in the apartment and all other hotel areas

How do I get to the Hotel?

Do you offer free transfer service from and to the airport?

No. We don’t provide this service. You can take a taxi outside the airport, they are there waiting for passengers.

What are your cross streets?

The hotel is located on Avenida Fernandez Juncos 752, between Union y Estado Streets.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?

Yes, onsite 24-hour parking is available and is included in the room rate

Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playpens?

Yes

I booked on a website different from the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

If you made a reservation using a non-CIQALA website, please contact your service provider directly to make changes to your reservation

What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?

The minimum age requirement to check into the hotel is 18.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

Reservations booked have a 72-hours cancellation policy prior to arrival, to avoid a cancellation penalty of the full amount paid for the reservation. For all other reservations, please check with the booking provider for details on the cancellation/deposit policies

Is my ID/passport required at check-in?

Yes, a valid government issued photo ID is required at the time of check-in

What age do kids stay for free?

Children under the age of 12 stay for free

Do you have connecting rooms?

No, the hotel does not offer connecting rooms.

Do you have ADA rooms?

Yes, the hotel has ADA rooms; some ADA rooms have a tub and others a roll in shower. Please specify any special requests at the time of booking or during check in so that we may make your stay more comfortable.

Do you have an early departure fee?

Yes, the hotel may charge the total amount paid on the reservation.
